at 10 o'clock a.m. The first
of these meetings to be held on the
first Sunday of July.

Sacramento, June 29, 1865

A special meeting of the board of
officers was held. The president in
the chair, and all members of the
board present, except Mssrs. Davis
and Kozminski. The president
stated that he had called this meeting
for the purpose of receiving and acting
upon the bond of S.J. Nathan the
treasurer-elect. The bond
which was in the sum of one thousand
dollars with A. Dennery and L. Greenebaum
as sureties was read and on motion of
Mr. Jacobs approved. Mr. B. Dennery, former
treasurer being present, he handed the
books and papers belonging to the congregation
and in his hands as treasurer of the same
and the sum of 354 91/100 being the balance
of funds in his hands to the new treasurer.

No other business appearing the meeting
adjourned.
