Semi Annual meeting of congregation
B'nai Israel held December 17th ,
1865.

Officers present
L. Elkus in the chair.
Joseph Davis Vice President
L. Flatau Secretary

Minutes of previous meeting
read and approved.

Report of trustees read and received.
On motion said report was referred
to the Board of Trustees.

Communiation of the Board of
Delegates read and ordered to be
placed on file.

Vice president Davis tendered
his resignation. On motion said
resignation was laid on the table.

Treasurers report read. On
motion it was referred to the board
of trustees.

The committee on
Mr. Dennery asked are in need of further
time, granted.

L. Flatau, secretary, offered his
resignation, he was about leaving
this city. Resignation accepted
and the president ordered an
election of a secretary. G. Haines
was unanimously elected to serve
six months. There being no further
business on motion the meeting adjourned.
