Minutes of May 27th continued.
The secretary stated that Mr. W. Reinstein was
the only candidate of the 5 admitted during
the last year who was charged the usual
admission fee, and therefore moved that
the same be remitted and an order drawn
upon the treasurer for 5.00 in favor of
Mr. Reinstein, the motion prevailed.
A bill was presented by Mr. G. Haines
for 8.80 as fee for collecting during the month
of April. On motion an order was drawn
in favor of Mr. Haines for 8.80.
M. Wilson moved that a committee of three
be appointed to devise means to buy a
burying ground, on motion of S. Zekind
the motion of Mr. Wilson was laid over
until our semi-annual meeting.
Mr. J. Davis moved that a vote of thanks
be tendered to our retiring offices, carried.
The President was authorized to borrow
one hundred and fifty dollars to pay
a carpenter's bills.
On motion, the meeting adjourned.
