Petitions to become member of the
congregation from H. Marks,
S. Morris were read and on motion
the gentlemen were accepted as members.

On motion that the congregation
hereafter charge initiation fee from
any member $5.00 carried.

The president stated that the law
of old regards the $5.00 is now
enacted.

On motion that Mr. M. Lobenstein
be reinstated as a member of
this congregation.

Resignation from Mr. Schreiber was
read, resigns as a member of this
congregation. On motion the same accepted.

The resigns were read, on motion
the secretary was instructed to notify
Mr. B. Alexander, S. Coney, & Dryfuss.

On motion Mr. J. Peck was stricken
from the roster and suspended for
nonpayment of dues, declared in order.

On motion the secretary was authorized to
cast the vote for president. one vote
cast L. Elkus, was duly elected.
