An additional teacher in Geology and Physics would be necessary for the year in which Junior College students would be registered. For the Senior Year, one additional teacher would be necessary, capable of instruction in Economics, Philosophy, and Sociology. This makes a final total of 10 teachers.

The course for the first two years would be almost uniform, except in cases where the students were deficient.

Description of courses are purposely not included. They may easily be submitted when it is learned from you what changes are to be made.

At a later date, I shall hand you some recommendations for the catalog, which I hope you will consider favorably. These recommendations, which will be handed to you later, are recommendations irrespective of the courses offered.

I hope that by this, I may in some way help this institution to do most effective work.
