Sutter and State of California to wit
the South East quarter (SE 1/4) and the
East half of the South West quarter (E 1/2 of SW1/4)
of Section No. (11) in Township Thirteen (13) north of
Range Two (2) East, Mount DIabloe base and meridian contain
Two hundred and forty (24) acres,
according to the United States surveys together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto
appertaining and belonging.
Reserving however all claim of the United States to
the same as mineral land.

To Have and to Hold the aforesaid premises to the said
A.O. Ordway and M.F. Mcmillan
their heirs and assigns to them and their use and behoof forever

In Testimony Whereof, the said Central Pacific Railroad Company has caused
these presents to be signed by its President and Secretary and sealed
with its corporate Seal and the said Mark Hopkins and Silas W
Sanderson Trustees have subscribed to their names and affixed their
seals this Twentieth (20) day of February A.D. 1877.
