tells me that my letter will not
be entirely unwelcome at this time
of your second great sorrow. I
have also lost dear ones last Nov
my dear old father nearly 80 yrs old,
was found dead beside his bed
in the morning in the aldude
a [keeling pasision] [sic] as if praying
his morning prayer as was allways [sic]
his custom my dear mother died when
I was only 8 yrs old leaving four
little girls that my father became a
father & mother to us in his kindne[ss]
& thoughtfullness [sic] of us. I have
been married over 11 yrs and have
lost three little children one
little girl (our first born) & two
little boys our baby would be three
next Nov & our other little boy would
be six lost Feb 22^nd so you will not
