This is asking a great deal of
you, and yet I know you
want to save all the money out
to the Committee you possibly can,
and you remember Old Ben
Franklin said a penny saved
was as good as two earned, and
I am sure our good cause
needs to earn by saving the very
little cash that is placed at its
disposal. If you will extend the
R.R. courtesy to these, it will be a splendid
help. Then I want to ask a pass
for Mrs John F. Swift, whom we wish to
have go with the Eastern speakers as
often as possible to sit on the platform
and give dignity & endorsement to us.
