personally appeared Jane L. Stanford and George E. Crothers, known
to me to be the President and Secretary respectively of the Board
of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University described in
and who executed the within and annexed instrument and acknowledged
to me that the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior
University executed the same.
