Dear Sir:
I am in receipt of your letter stating that dele-
gations will come from the Board of Supervisors "5", Mayor
and Town Council "6", and the City Board of Education "6",
all from San Jose. Reservations will be made in accordance
with your suggestion. It is important, however, that you
should instruct all these gentlemen to report their presence
on the Campus in Room 55 of the Inner Quadrangle before 1
o'clock tomorrow. I wish to request also that you furnish
me with a list of names and official positions of the gentle-
men who are to come in such delegations.
