Honored Madam
Do not think
ill of me for the liberty I take
in addressing you. To you, I am
a purfect stranger, yet, I have my
last hopes, I might say, placed in
the answer you may see fit to send
me. You will pardon me for go-
ing so far, as to expect an answer,
but I beg of you not to throw it a-
side before granting me at least a
hearing. It is true I would ask of
