It is very strange how the coat was stolen. There are a number of hooks outside our rooms. Here the students are supposed to hang their wet garments before they go into the classroom. So I hung my ulster up and went in my class to recite French.

When I came out my overcoat had disappeared!

Now the strange thing about the matter is that among all the mackintoshes overcoats and umbrellas that were there my ulster was singled out by the thief. I immediately reported the matter to the Registrar, the one who has charge of the students' affairs and then placed a notice of it upon the bulletin-board. So far I have heard nothing about it, and the prospects are that I never will I intend to keep an eye
