Dear Mamma:-

Having a good opportunity to invest some capitol in a fine piece of property and only lacking the capitol, I write you this letter asking for help in the investment.

The property I speak of is on the best resident street in town it is 100 ft. front 125 ft. dep only, lot from corner. There is a fine house on property which has three large rooms & 1 bath room, there is also a windmill and tank of 2500 gallons on said property all in good condition. There is also about 40 fruit trees 3 yrs. old and the best front garden in town. There is grass and flowers and roses in the front yard.

The proprietor Mrs. Watson asks for this property one thousand dollars
