house no well or orchard or flowers sold 2 months ago for $1300 dollars, now that shows you what a bargain this is. It costs about 4 to $500 to put up a well & tank & windmill in the country it all depends how deep they have to drill for water they charge this evening. While he said that he thought the place was worth it he did not see any way for me to get it so did not encourage me much, but I want the place if possible and am trying my best (I hope) to secure it.

Of course you would not let me have any money without interest, but I do hope you will let me have it more reasonable than anyone else, as you know I am not a spendthrift, and want it for good purposes and have worked darn hard for what little I have got in this world.
