had its picture taken for presentation in our Junior publication. We are all anxiously awaiting the proof to see how the picture came out.

Thursday night a fellow took a flashlight picture of his room and the door being open the smoke drifted into the hallway, and alarmed some timid Freshman. This Freshie yelled fire! fire! and in a trice the whole Dormitory was crowded into the hall. Some of the boys realizing that a joke was being perpetrated, hauled out a hose from its place, attached one end to the "fire" pipes and came tearing into the crowd on the run. Just as they got into the center of the mob, some rascal turned on the faucet, and the fellows opposite the nozzle got the full benefit of the water. Joseph - my room mate -
