We have just engaged a Chapter house for next semester. The house is situated in Palo Alto. It is an elegant home for our Fraternity. Of course, the house will be known as the "Kappa Sigma House". We have eleven men with us now having initiated two fellows Friday evening.

I enjoyed your sketches hugely. You missed your calling when you did not study art!
