and clean it is awesome and magnificent.

The second church, the Theatinerkirche, is baroque, built in the 17th Century. Its inside sort of reminded us of a wedding cake - all white and kind of too arty - with little cherubs and scrolls, etc. The third church, Asamkirche, was built in 1733-5 and is quite different from the other two - its style is called Bavarian rococo. It looks more like a pawn shop than a church (that's a little harsh) it is so crammed with statues, paintings, scroll and gingerbread work, gold leaf, etc, etc. It gives almost a cluttered appearance, darkish and crowded. The three styles really covered the range.

We came back fairly early today, leaving München at 1:10. And I'm sure glad because it's now almost 11 pm, time for shower and bed, so I can get up early enough in the morning to do that silly little paper. So I gotta say goodnight sweetheart, and sweet dreams. Pppfffft - one for good night. Pffft. and one for goodmorning! I love you very much.
