1. Light variable winds first part of 24 hours with little damp- Last part of 24 hours fresh breeze North clear fine and cool Sea smooth- Barometer 30.16 to 30.25- Keeper & 2nd asst washing - 1st asst went fishing on rocks at the Station.

2. Moderate breeze & light North wind these 24 hours with fair and cool weather- Sea quite smooth- Barometer 30.25 to 30.05- General duties for the day- Keeper getting wood on beach at sta - 2nd asst getting wood on beach 1 1/2 miles from Sta- 1st asst went to Newport after mail & supplies.

3. Fresh breeze South these 24 hours with light rain showers- Sea moderately smooth- Barometer 30.05 to 29.65- General duties for the day- Keeper went to Newport after mail and supplies- Had two visitors.

4. Gale South to fresh breeze S. West these 24 hours- First part of 24 hours rain- Last part of 24 hours frequent rain and hail squalls- Sea rough- Barometer 29.18 to 29.20- Keeper getting wood on beach- 2nd asst repainting garden gate and putting tub at water tank.
