W. H. Farquhar lost many of the
plants in his flower garden and would
like to know what besides roses our
society would recommend to him. A
list was given and a member pro-
-posed that the plants be given also

Query. will the good intention be
acted upon or allowed to become
a mythical paving stone.

The agricultural society propose
having a Fair at the Fair grounds
at Rockville. Our members please
bear it in mind and assist

Our walk in the garden was
much enjoyed; the garden was in
fine order; all early vegetables up
and thriving, strawberry beds, re
markably fine and the hot beds
full and flourishing. The
Flower beds were in good order
and the rose bushes luxuriant
