We met at about the usual
hour. We had to regret the absence
of the members from Longwood
White Hall, Rock Spring and Avalon

Our guest were Mrs Darlington and
Rebecca Miller

The specimens brought were
very fine but only a few contribu
ted as the summer Exhibition at
the Court Fair grounds was to take
place on the morrow and many
members felt a laudable ambition
to assist in making it successful.

From

Norwood, were strawberries and peas
Rockland, Beets, peas, cabbage onions, rad
ishes, asparagus & eggplant nearly in bloom.

Hermon strawberries, radishes lettuce
and a large pyramid of Flowers

Alloway, strawberries peas & beets

Olney, corn 2 1/2 feet, lettuce, snap beans
beets fit to use, onions and peas

Brooke Grove, lettuce, peas, beets, onions,
corn 3 feet. Potatoes as large as walnuts

Edgewood, Beets peas and Flowers.
