meeting and other beloved members who have
passed away.

The specimens were principally
floral, and were brillant and abundant,
From Brooke Grove flowers, tomatoes, sweet corn
turnips, carrots, parsnips, celery Lima beans
cucumbers and salsify; from Alloway, flowers,
peas, apples and tomatoes; Rock Spring
flowers and a very large egg plant.
Falling Green, flowers; Riverside flowers; Norwood
flowers; Edgewood flowers & appes; Hermon
flowers apples and celery. Rockland, flowers,
Lima beans, wax beans. wax beans, okra
egg-plant, cucumber, martynia, beets, salsify
parsnips, celery, sweet corn, tomatoes turnips
and lettuce. Dr. Green, flowers and
Carrie Brooke flowers, and a curious gourd
Hercules club or dish - rag gourd.

The subject of the Exhibition came
up, and tho' a success, it was smaller
than usual and the flowers had been
much damaged by rains - If we can do
so well under such disadvantages we may
feel encouraged.

For new business, we had the resignation
of the family from Willow Grove, which
was accepted with regret. The resignation of the
familty from Falling Green was tendered at this
meeting and the Secretary is happy to state
that it was afterwards withdrawn , which
is particularly gratifying as we have lost
