7 Is anything known of the Japanese Wine
berry? Nothing excep what the catalog
say of it.
8 What do with violets now in cold frame?
Separate and plant in open ground use
til fall. Then return them to the frame
for winter blooming.
9 Is it worth while to keep byacinth bulbs
which have bloomed in the house? Florists
say not. Better try for gardens
10 Have any tried woven wire to peas? Several
have used it and like it.
11 Is anything known of the barberry
except as an ornamental shrub? The
fruit makes good jelly.
12 What is the result when bags of salt are
put in the branches of Quince trees?
