At the usual hour, the members and
numerous guests assembled. The members
from Fair Hill and Stanmore were
absent. Our guests were Sarah Lea,
Jennie Lea, Mrs Harry Gilpin, Mrs.
Stone, the misses Sutch Mrs. Corrie
Stabler Charles M Stabler, Anna Stabler
Gertrude Miller Mary Stabler of Alexandria
Mrs. Augusta Needles Edith
Bentley Mary B. Thomas May Thomas
George Farquhar and wife, Sallie
Needles and George Cook

The specimens were good, vegetables
numerous and of good quality, and a
fine display of flowers: From
Norwood, parsnips, carrots, salsify, celery,
potatoes, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers
sweet corn, peas, Lima beans, cabage
grapes and Nasturtiums
Alloway corn, egg-plant, tomatoes
Lima beans, peaches and flowers
Longwood parsnips, carrots, beets
cabbage, corn, onions, potatoes, salsify
watermelon and canteleupe.
