Henry Miller had 4 varieties of tomato plants
for distribution.

Mary Magruder gave each family
a list of vegetables with places
for dates of the first use of them.

We found the garden in
order with long rows of vegetables
well advanced. In the flower garden
the rose bushes were not
spilled to the ground as at some places.
