1 What is thought of the Japanese persimmon?
It does not pay to raise them
2 Is there a better variety of Okra than
the velvet pod? Do not know of any

most places they have done better than
usual. A few have not had a good crop

Yes, fine ones came from seed planted
Nov. 1st, and also from plants which
began growing and were protected
11 Why is the sugar maple at Woodburn
so fine? Possibly because it grew slowly.
