The question of dropping the regular
October meeting and holding
in its place one when Chrysanthemums
were in bloom was again
brought up but as so few members
were present, the subject was
referred to the next meeting.

The visit to the vegetable garden
revealed as excellent as one
as we often see and must now
be furnishing an abundance for
the table. The flower gardern
too, showed careful tending and
the rose bushes were especially
fine and thrifty.
