We were called to order very little
after the appointed honor. The efforts of
our President to induce seem to be having
a good influence or did the raise
have an accelerating affect?
After the reading of the minutes the readers
of selected articles were called
1^st Reader Carrie Farquhar gave an extract
from "Summer and Autumn chickens"
Changes of temperature was considered
the cause of all her ailments. Too
much heat to be guarded against
2^nd reader Mahlon Kirk Sr. 1^st Innoculating
trees for diseases. 2^nd on the
danger of various species of birds becoming
extinct by using some kinds
for personal adornment, others for the
table.
