bushes? In the spring, early, before
the leaves put out. Pattie Hopkins
moved hers in the spring and had
a fine crop the next year
2 Should an asparagus be planted in the spring or fall? Prepare the
bed in the fall and plant in the spring
3 How save onion seeds? gather the heads
and when dry, rub out.
4 Would you advise planting peach
trees where pear trees have died?
Better plant pears again. Plant
peaches somewhere, tho' they are
very uncertain in this region. If
they bear, good! If not, they do
not take much room.
