We found the lawn beautiful
with children and the gardens
full of fine vegetables. Kale, planted
since our last meeting, had come
up well. Rose bushes had made a
fine growth and were blooming. The
grape vines were bearing plentifully
A row of young chestnut trees
small trees with larger burrs attracted
attention.

October meeting to take place the last
of Sept. the County Fair is to be the
first week in October.

Meet at the Cedars. Lunch at 1 o'clock
