12 How generally is fruit killed? Badly
except apples and pears.
13 Is anything known of a tiny white fly
infesting house plants? Yes, a member
has discovered it on her plants. Air

to it, perhaps deadly. It seems to be
new and nothing is know of it ex

14 Is it well to grease hens after their
chickens have been cleaned of ver
min with fly-powder? Do not grease
them, but treat with fly-powder or
Lambert's powder which is said to
be better and cheaper.
