A member who had been ill, was in
despair over the weeds in her garden
but felt better when she heard how
we who were well had had to have
them mowed and carted off--The
Forethoughtful one among the number

Our walk was a visit to the commodious
chicken yards and houses
where food, water, frit and charcoal
are kept on tap. The chickens of all
sizes, cooked fine. 75 two weeks
old, looked happy in their house with
brooder. It was too late to visit the
garden which makes us think it
would be a good idea if September
were included with months in which
we have a lunch and have time after
for business and pleasure and get home
by daylight.

Meet next at Riverton, lunch at 1pm.
