June Sunday 27th 1880

Very warm throughout last
night and this morning.
Started to go to Fredk Stablers
but met him & finding patient
much better came home.
Willie went to Ashton to "sunday
school". Edwd quite unwell.
Charley went home with Ernest
last night & staid away until
near dark this evening when Ernest
brought him home & remained to
tea. After which C went away
& remained out until late.

Monday 28th

Very warm with high wind from
the S.W. nearly all day. Shower
of rain before sun down -
Mary Hammond had tooth
extracted. Charly went away
in sulky after tea.

Chandlee's to call upon Tacy Matthews
also called at Saul Ellicott's.
Tom Bond called for advice &c
sent to Laurel by stage for
medicines. Wash woman here.

Charley went to Scott's &
"serenadeing."

Delightful change in temperature.
Was called up after midnight
last night to go to Edwd Davis' (Colored)
to prescribe for his wife "cramp colic"
Went to N Fulford & prescribed
for Miss Madge Tyson: Gen debil:
Put new "half floors" in stable.
