Fulford, taking Edith Kummer
& Willie to Fulford. Wm Johnson's
wife here for medicine for Wm
Edwd: P Thomas & wife here
again - Edith Kummer went
home with Mrs. Booth's folks -
After tea Charley went to
North Fulford - but came home
early. Some "varment" disturbed
our chickens, but
did not destroy any. I was
up & after it for some time
about midnight -

68 Cloudy - S.E.
Wednesday 11th

Remus Johnson here before
breakfast for advice for son.
Lucy Stabler called. also Mary
Ellicott. I mad a "Raid" against
the Rats - with gas tar- & lime in
all the holes I could find. Sarah
Jane Powell here for advice & med:
Sister Harriet came to C Stabler's
in Evening stage.

Clear & pleasant day I drove
Dora & Willie to call upon
Sister Harriet at Chas: Stabler's
Dora also called upon Miss Snowden
(from Laurel) at Ingleside
where I called & broughter her home.
Afternoon I drove Harriet &
Edward: to Fulford to make a
call. Jno:Bentley brought my
phaeton pole home. Bukoffsky
finished the yoke for it.
Warner here for advice
for his sore leg - One of E Davis'
boys here for advice &"

Friday 13th

Mary B Thomas here before breakfast
with "jaw ache". Went to Leawood
Mills and prescribed for Helen
called at Riverside & Ashton.
Afternoon painted parts of the
Germantown wagon. Charley & Dora
went to Archery Meeting at Benj:
H Miller's.
