Rachael Cosh came & "washed"
for H. Willie came home before
dinner & afternoon he drove up
to E Peirce's & brought Fanny here
to spend the night expecting to
go to Washington tomorrow, if
the weather is suitable. Edwd
still laid with his "poisoned" face.
I am feeling wretchedly stiff and
sore this damp cool weather.

Ther. 60 THURS. APRIL 13th, 1893 SE & S.W. Wind
Somewhat warmer; but still
damp & "raw." Willie took Fanny
Peirce home after breakfast.
Afternoon J.T. Henderson came
& had a tooth extracted. I walked
to Ashton. J J Shoemaker sent a
load of straw & Edwin Davies a
load of hickory wood 1/3 of a cord.
