Isaac Jackson, a colored man
from Benj Miller's was here to
see me before I was up this morning
with a untreated "felon" on
his finger. Afternoon I rode
to Ashton on horseback.
Willie worked in the garden
this morning & walked over
to Cincinnatti & Brighton in
afternoon.

Cloudy
Ther. 55o Wed. April 19th, 1893 N.E. Wind

Rather dull & threatning. Willie
walked home from E Peirces before
breakfast: he worked in the garden
most of the day. Afternoon
Robt Tyson called. Willie drove
down to the "Manor" "collecting" for
me. I walked up to the store, &
again after supper. Jas: T.
Henderson & myself went to the
School House to examine and
sign Miss Ida Dove's report to
the Commissioners, for the
"Spring Term". We went over
before dinner.
