Clear & Cloudy
Ther. 56 Sat. April 22d, 1893 Variable Wind

Rained again last night, and
several light showers this morning.
Edward rode Frank over to
Riverside "fishing". Willie worked
at putting new spokes & felloes in
his buggy wheels at the shops.
The well digger "Oldfield" came
to Henderson's to see him & get
some feed etc. he will return to
finish the well later in the
season: Just as I expected, and
said when he left for home. he
should be in bed, instead of on the
road: he has been ill with "pneumonia"
& has just got out again.
Edwin Davis was here & we went
over his account; finding a ballance
in my favor to date of $12.00. After
supper Willie walked up to E Peirce's
I went to the store for groceries etc.

Clear & Cloudy
Ther. 58o Sun. April 23d, 1893 Variable Wind

Willie came home from E Peirce's
at breakfast time. Angelina Thomas
called to see me about her
mothers bill. Afternoon Dora &
Willie went church at Brighton
& home to supper. I walked over
to Fletcher Clark's & prescribed
for his wife, I also walked up
to "Marden" but found them
all away from home & the
house shut up. This has been
a very pleasant day, but
cool for the season of the year.
I enjoy it much more than if
it were warmer.
