Quite warm again.
Willie went to Sandy Spring
store to help them all day.
Towards evening I replanted
the late corn, it having missed
completely the seed being worthless,
except a few rows, the seed
of which came from "Grove Hill
& every grain came up good and
strong. Mrs James E Tyson
was buried today, from her
late home near Ellicott City.

Ther 67o Thurs. July 6th, 1893 S.E. Wind

Cousin Hannah Archer left in
the morning stage for Washington
& Wellsborough. Willie rode around
trying to collect for me, without
success however. A. F. Fairall &
Dr Etchuson called to see me
"Electioneering" for the latter. Mrs
Robison was in for prescription for
Miss Sally Ellicott. Susan Davis
called & paid 2.00 on account.
Sister Harriet with little "Bessie"
arrived in the evening stage.
After supper I finished replanting
the late sweet corn. "Bessie"
"dropping" it for me
