Clear & Cloudy
Ther. 74 MON. JULY 18th, 1898 Wind S.
We came very near having a
thunder gust last night about
bedtime but it passed off to
the south of us giving us only a
light "sprinkle". It has been
very warm again today. I
took "Charley" horse to Clark's
shop & had one of his shoes
removed. Willie called, having
come to the mill.
Afternoon Lizzie Scott called
to see Dora. Hallie Lea and
Walter Iddings also called
here. After supper Edwd went
to "Fairfield" to a rehersal
of a play in which he's to
take part for the benefit of
the horse sheds for the church
& the Grange.
