Clear & Cloudy
Ther. 74 TUES. JULY 19th, 1898 Wind Variable
I walked to Ashton & back
before lunch time. Afternoon
Edwd came home from
"Fairfield". We had quite a severe
thunder gust & rain, about
3-30 this p.m. the electricity
came into the house over
Edwd's wires, but did no harm
that we are aware of. Mary
E. Gilpin was here to see sister
Harriet. I was at the P.O. during
most of the thunder storm.
And went to the toll house in
the evening.
