Ther. 74 SAT. JULY 23th, 1898 Wind S.E.
Clear & bright most of the day
Willie came on his bicycle, and
after dinner drove my horse and
phaeton to "Fairfield" & brought
Fanny & the baby after dupper
to spend the night. I rode with
him to Ashton & walked home.
I went to the store before and
afternoon. After dusk Edward
rode on horseback to "Tanglewood"
to an evening party.

Tilghman Mitchell was here
to see me before I was up this
morning. I have been feeling
unwell all day but went to meeting
with Edward. willie took
Fanny, Dora & the baby back to
"Fairfiled" intending to attend
church this afternoon. Sarah
Stabler called on way to meeting
to see sister H. Afternoon "Gus"
Holland (who lives at F Snowden's)
was here for advice & medicine
for his daughter. I went up
to Henderso's towards evening.
