Willie called on his way to
Rockville & Chas Peirce's: he
was taking Mrs Kline & her
niece on their way home, Alice
Peirce was with him. Edwd
came home from "Fairfield"
after breakfast. Willie
& Alice Peirce called again on
their way back about 4 o'clk
I went to the P.O. and to
Oldfield's, where I left
some carriage curtain
sewing to be done.

would be very hot except for a
breeze from the South. Sister
Harriet came from "Riverside"
after breakfast "Wlater" I. bringing
her. Edwd went to "Belmont" to
dine by invitation. Afternoon Frank
Leizear called to see me. Mahlon
Kirk Jr called and took sister H to
"Woodburn" to make a visit.
