Ther. 68o MON. SEPT. 19th, 1898 Wind N.W.
I took Harriet & Dora over to
"Eldon" to call upon sister Beulah.
After which I took the
surry to F Clark's shop to have
the tires cut. I also had a
new shoe put on "Charley's"
off front foot. I brought the
horse home through the woods
& left the surryat the shop.
Afternoon Cousin Hannah
Chandlee & Hallie Bentley
called also Mrs Robison.
After supper Kate Stabler and
Florence Wetherald called, and I
walked home with them.

Cloudy & Clearing
Ther. 66o TUES. SEPT 20th, 1898 Wind N.E.
Cooler this morning & threatening
rain, but cleared of towards noon.
Willie came & took me to "Fairfield"
to see Fanny. Edwd drove
over & brought me home before
lunch time. I walked over
to F Clark's shop to see if the
surry was ready to bring home.
Sarah Wright washed for H
Towards evening I took the horse
to F Clark's shop & brought the surry
home. Mr Peter Boyden, the
Episcopal clergyman took tea
with us. After supper Edwd
went to Mrs Ellicott's with
Frank Robison.
