Cloudy & Snow
Ther. 30o SAT. NOV. 26th, 1898 Wind SE, SW & W.
Cloudy & threatening early this
morning & soon commenced snowing
a little & continued at intervals
all day & up to bed time
tonight, the ground being soft it
does not accumulate very fast
and tonight is not more than
2 or 3 inches deep, since sun
set it is colder. I went to Esq.
Fairall's office before dinner &
to the P.O. Afternoon Edwd &
Dora went to "Fairfield" (in phaeton)
to assist at an oyster supper at
"Crowtown" for benefit of the
St Lukes Church. I fear there
will be a slim attendance in
such weather. After supper I
started to go to the store but fell
down on the turnpike & turned
back. Lizzie Scott called to
see Dora.
