Ashwabena River, a small stream that enters the Neenah river from the west between Green Bay and Depere.

Astor- The south ward of the town of Green Bay at the mouth of the Neenah river, laid out in 1836 above the lower part called Navarino, or North Ward.

Aux Isles (River) (or Zillard [rivers?]) Enters L. Sup. on the N between Mill & Baptiste rivers.

Aurora, a post office in Racine County.

Aztalan, a Village P.O. in Jefferson County on the West Branch of Rock River, or Crawfish, fifty miles west from Milwaukee. it contains a post office, tavern, store, various mechanics shops and numerous dwellings; is handsomely situated on sloping ground, and surrounded by a fine farming
