Burlington, a town in Racine county embracing in the following limits: commencing at the southwest corner of section [nineten?] in town two range nineteen, and running thence east twelve miles; thence north five miles; thence west three miles; thence north [three] miles, thence west nine miles to the west line of the county thence south eight miles to the beginning. The Pishtaka runs through it from north to south, and the Geneva Outlet enters it at the west; and there are five or six small lakes.

Burlington a village at the mouth of Geneva Creek in Racine county.
