Courtorielle River, a large branch of the Chippewa rising in Lac Courtorielle (or Ottowa Lake) near the sources of the Yellow river and Red Cedar river, and running in a south easterly direction enters the Chippewa near the mouth of the outlet of Lac de Flambeau.

Como Lake- a lake three miles (&11 ch) long and half a mile wide in Geneva Township Walworth County lying two miles north of Geneva Lake. Perpi-6 m 115 ch area 924 acres average width 36 ch.

Cotean (Portage a) or Knife Portage, on the St. Louis river, so called from the Knife like effect of the sharp vertical lamina.
