Geneva, town in Walworth county including surveyed township one and two in ranges seventeen and eighteen, [and town two in range seventeen]. Its population in 1838 was one hundred and eighty two, in 1840-595. Geneva and Como Lake are in this town. There are prairies at the north and south parts of the town the remainder being lightly covered with timber or "openings". Geneva Outlet lies principally in this town.
