Heron river, a tributary of Lake Superior from the south, entering in the bay immediately east of Birch Bark Point. It is a small and unimportant stream.

Hickory Grove- a timbered tract in Racine county lying south of Skunk Grove.

Hill Creek, a small stream in Brown county which discharges its waters into the Manitoo river near its mouth at the town of Green Bay.

Honey Creek, a stream taking its rise in some small lakes in Walworth county, and running eastwardly, enters Sugar creek and thence through the Geneva creek to the Pishtaka. The lands along Honey creek are said to be unusually good for farming purposes.
