Pewaukee Outlet- a fine stream of pure water, [through] about seven miles long, through which the waters of Pewaukee Lake run into the Pishtaka. There is a mill erected at its head and [also] another near its mouth.

Pewaukee, a town in Milwaukee county embracing the surveyed township number seven in range nineteen. It contains a part of the Pewaukee Lake; and besides is watered by the outlet of that Lake, and the Pishtaka river. It lies due west from Milwaukee.

Pi[d]geon river, a small river, formed mostly of a series or chain of small lakes, tributary to Lake Superior. It is seperated by a short portage from Rainy Lake river; and these two streams form the northern boundary of Wisconsin west of Lake Superior. It enters a small bay of the Lake, the south cape of which belongs to Michigan being east of a line drawn from mouth of Montreal river to the point where the boundary last touches the Lake.
