Pidgeon creek, a fine mill stream in Washington county tributary of the Milwaukee from the west, lying principally in town nine range twenty two. Native copper was found on this creek in making excavations for the foundation of a mill.

Pidgeon creek rises near Lancaster in Grant county (town four range three west, and rises west into Grant river.

Pike

Pike's Rapids-A rapid on the Mississippi river a few miles below the mouth of the DeCorbeau river, between the Little Rapids and the Grand Rapids; so named in honor of Lieut. Pike who passed the winter of 1806-6 near these Rapids.

Pike's Bay-a bay on the south side of Cass Lake.

Pike river a stream about eight miles long in Racine county running into Lake Michigan at Kenosha one mile north from Southport.
